Returns

We want you to love your Seyclair bag, but if you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

For orders placed on or after 1 June 2026, returns are accepted worldwide.

For orders placed before 1 June 2026, the previous return policy applies based on the order date, not the shipping or delivery date. Under that policy, orders from outside the EU, US, Canada, UK, Singapore, Japan or Australia are final sale.

To start a return, please read the return instructions below and fill out the return form.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

✔ Unused and in perfect, resalable condition
✔ Returned in its original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, and protective film on hardware
✔ No signs of wear, scratches, or damage

We cannot accept returns for items that:
✖ Have been worn, used, or scratched
✖ Are missing original packaging or any included accessories
✖ Show any damage or signs of handling beyond initial inspection

Returns that do not meet these criteria can not be refunded.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To return an item, first fill out the form below to register your return. All returns must be sent to our warehouse in Slovenia, EU. A return shipping address will be provided upon registering your return.

Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be delivered back to us within 30 days of the date the order was delivered to the customer. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns received after this timeframe.

We do not charge restocking fees. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Depending on your location, we may be able to provide a prepaid return label, with the cost deducted from your refund. You are welcome to inquire about this in the return form below.

Pack your item securely, ensuring it meets the eligibility criteria. Add your order number to help us process your return quickly. If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will not be able to issue a refund, and the item may be sent back to you.

We aim to process all returns promptly. Items are typically reviewed within one week of arrival. Once your return is approved, please allow up to 14 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages.
